Kelly Golden
Kelly Golden is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in adult and adolescent psychiatry. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from La Salle University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Virginia University.
Before transitioning to outpatient practice, Kelly built extensive inpatient and crisis experience across several major health systems. She worked on the general mood disorder and dual-diagnosis substance use detox units at Penn Medicine Princeton House, then moved to Penn Medicine Pennsylvania Hospital, where she managed patients with complex bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychosis-related conditions. She also supported adults and children in mental health emergency department crisis settings at Pennsylvania Hospital, and worked with children and adolescents ages 3 to 18 at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Crisis Response Center. She additionally completed Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) training through Drexel University.
