Julia Scarfone is a Licensed Master of Social Work with a Bachelor of Social Work from Iona University and a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University. She specializes in trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders, and holds a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a structured, evidence-based approach that is particularly effective for clients working on emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
