Croy Laughlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced graduate training in both psychological research and clinical psychology, holding degrees from Saint Joseph’s University and Chestnut Hill College. Croy specializes in individual counseling with a subspecialty in couples work, focusing on the areas of existential crises, adjustment concerns, conflicts of spirituality, anxiety, and depression.
Croy is committed to providing a culturally competent, all-inclusive environment where every client feels genuinely heard. Drawing from a Muslim background and conversational fluency in Hindi and Urdu, Croy brings meaningful familiarity with Desi and Middle Eastern cultures and integrates Islamic Integrated Psychotherapy (IIP) alongside evidence-based approaches for clients who find spiritual frameworks meaningful to their healing. Croy also brings a background in psychological research and publication to their clinical practice.
Croy works collaboratively with all members of the Synapse clinical team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for every patient.
