Amanda Tubic

LSW
Licensed Social Worker
Individual & Couples Counselor

Amanda Tubic is a Licensed Social Worker with a background spanning nearly a decade of direct service in mental health, rehabilitation, and substance use settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, and works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a broad range of mental health concerns.

Amanda’s journey in the field began in 2016 as a residential counselor for adults with various mental health disorders. She then spent five years as a Cognitive Activities Specialist and Rehabilitation Specialist working with adults with traumatic brain injuries. This experience deepened her understanding of how brain health, cognitive functioning, and emotional well-being intersect. During this time, she simultaneously pursued her Master of Social Work degree and gained clinical training by conducting intakes, facilitating mental health and substance abuse groups, and providing individual therapy. After earning her degree, she continued in mental health and addiction counseling for adolescents and adults, facilitating groups and providing both individual and couples therapy.

Amanda’s approach is client-centered and grounded in the belief that every person is unique in their needs, strengths, and goals. She is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their emotions, develop coping skills, and work toward their own definition of fulfillment.
