What is ADHD?

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, impulse control, and activity levels. While often diagnosed in childhood, many people aren't identified until adolescence or adulthood, when demands on executive functioning increase.

ADHD isn't about laziness, lack of intelligence, or poor parenting. It's a difference in how the brain regulates attention, manages impulses, and processes information. People with ADHD often have tremendous creativity, energy, and unique ways of thinking.
Living Well with ADHD

With proper diagnosis and treatment, you can learn to work with your ADHD brain rather than against it. You can build systems that support your success, find work that matches your strengths, and thrive in relationships and life.

Our team in Marlton, New Jersey, understands ADHD from both clinical and personal perspectives. We’re here to help you or your child reach full potential.
